Farmers were growing the crops use with the soil, water, sunlight, and air. Cows and goats give us the milk, and the milk is also natural food. Natural food gives us energy to do the work, study, play, and live is very happy. Natural food makes our body very strong. Natural food helps our bones, teeth, skin, and hair to stay the healthy.
