Food

 Food is basically a substance that living things can consume and this food is act like a fuel for the body of each and every living thing. Food is a product that people, animals, and all other living organisms can be able to consume, and the consumption of this food provide them energy, nutrients, vitamins and all the other necessary proteins to the living organisms. These nutrients are used for the growth, maintenance and overall health. The food typically consists of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals, and water. 


In short, we can say that food is the fuel for our body that make our body fit and healthy can be capable in such a way so that our body can be able to do any work for our day-to-day life. This food can be eaten in two ways: -

Raw Food: - Raw food is basically a food that can be eaten in raw form that is without cooking we are able to eat our food, or we can say that raw food refers to food that is consumed in its natural, uncooked and unprocessed state.

Example: - Some of the vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes and spinach and there are fruits that can be eaten raw.

Cooked Food: - Cooked food is totally different and opposite to the raw food. cooked food refers to the food that has not been eaten in raw way like we have to cook that ingredients that we are using in cooked form.

Example: - Non-vegetarian products can never be eaten in raw form and there are some of the vegetables like potato, brinjal etc.
