Refined food is that food that is change in the different-different factories. Refined food is very cleaned and processed the many times by the different-different types of the machines. In this process there are many good nutrients are lost in the food. Fiber, vitamins, and minerals are removed in the refined food. Because the refined food is not very healthy. Refined food is look like very white and very soft. The look of the refined food looks in the very clean and the shiny. Lot of the people like the refined food because the refined food is easy to eat and the taste of the refined food is good. White rice, white bread, Maida, biscuits, cakes, pastries, noodles, pizza, and white sugar are the good examples of the refined foods. The refined food is very easy to cook and very easy to buy. The refined food saves our time very much. But the refined food is not good for our body and also for our health. The refined food does not give the very strong energy. The refined food does not keep us very full for the very long time. We feel very hungry again and again very fast. The refined food make us eat the more food. Then we can gain our weight very easily. Refined food can hurt our stomach. Refined food can cause the gas problems. The refined food can spoil our teeth because there are too much sugar in the refined food.
The refined food can make us very weak and very tired. If we eat the refined food every day, we may get the different-different types of the diseases in the future. Our heart can become the very weak. Our sugar level can easily increase day by the day. Children who eat too much refined food may feel very lazy. The children may not very study well. 1. Junk Food: - Junk food is very popular and very famous artificial food. Junk food is very oily and very spicy. Burger, pizza, noodles, momos, fries, and samosa are the junk foods. Children and young people like the junk food very much. Eat the too much junk food is very bad for our health.

3. Instant Foods: - Instant foods are the foods that are made very quickly. The instant food need only the hot water or a few minutes to the cook. Cup noodles, instant pasta, instant soup, and ready rice are the instant foods. Instant food saves our time, but the instant food is not very healthy.
