Meal: -

Meals are the type of food item that is very important part of our daily life. Meals are basically the proper and complete serving food that can be eaten at a fixed time in the whole day. These meals are very important to fulfill the body nutrition, energy and hunger requirement. Everyone can take mostly three types of meals in the whole day which is breakfast, lunch and dinner. These meals are very heavy which contains lot of items, and these are the proper meal that can satisfy the hunger of all the people which can provide enough energy to the body so that the body get enough energy that can work hard in the whole day. Meals are larger in quantity which is more balanced than snacks which are very essential for the growth, health and the survival. These meals are the main food intakes of the whole days that provide the complete nourishment to the body. Meals can contain a complete balanced diet which is very helpful in providing the energy for daily activities. These meals not only provide the energy to the body, but they can also very important to supply the essential nutrients like carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals which support the growth of the body and are very helpful in the body repair also. 

A balanced meal is very helpful in maintaining the metabolism and the immunity of the body. This balanced diet is also very helpful to keep the body physically fit and mentally active. Meals are not only the larger quantity of food items, although meals are the foundation of healthy life in which meals are the only sources to supply all the essential Nutrients, vitamins, minerals and fiber to the body so that the body get enough energy that it should be able to do the work efficiently.

Meal box: - 

Meal box is a box in which all the items of the meal is to be set in the way or in the order in which the same dishes can be served in the particular restaurant. To understand in detail or in very clear way let's take an instance of a restaurant. Suppose go to the restaurant and can order a meal box so in that order they cab various items like some starters, main meal which we generally called as main course along with some side dishes and ag last desserts. In these three sections they can have a list of various dishes that is sufficient to satisfy or to quench our hunger. But in the restaurant, all this section can be served in the sequence order of one-by-one. Like when any customer went to a particular restaurant and he/she can order the meal box so at that time firstly all the starter dishes can be served by the waiters of that particular restaurant in from of the customer and when they finish their that particular starters only after that the second batch of the starters can be served and after completing the second batch of the starters, the restaurant can serve the all the items of main course in one shot in front of the customers and once the main course is finished or when the customer order for the desserts then all the items of desserts listed in their meal can be served. So likewise, the order in which the restaurant can serve the sections of the dishes in front of the customer similar in that way or in that order all the items can be packed in the box which is order by the customer. The box for the meal is used when the customer orders the meal box but don't want to eat inside the restaurant rather, they want to take away of the meal box with them.

There are various types of meal box that can work as a food packing system that is used not only in restaurants but can also be used in homes, catering services and food delivery platforms to serve the portion-controlled meals. The meal box cane be used by many of the people who are owning or are working in the food industry, but the meal box used by all is different which is completely dependent on their need.
