Best things Under 50 in Chandigarh

Everybody knows that Chandigarh is very huge, developed and modern city. Chandigarh city is divided into multiple sectors, and the food of the Chandigarh is also very famous. So let's have a look on some places of the Chandigarh streets that can serve delicious foods in just Rs.50 only. So, one day when we went to Chandigarh on a tour, and had a free day, we thought, why not explore different places in Chandigarh and experience some new and amazing food?


Shobha Juice Bar: -



Shobha Juice Bar is very famous shop of the Chandigarh which is located in the Chandigarh sector-7-C. The food of that shop is very delicious. Shobha Juice Bar is a very good and famous fast-food corner located in Sector 17, Chandigarh. We stumbled upon this Shobha Juice Bar when we were searching for the best food under 50 rupees, specifically in Chandigarh. At that time, we ordered a masala Maggi, a red sauce pasta, and a winter special carrot juice from this fast food corner, and they were all incredibly tasty and delicious. The plating was simple, but the taste was outstanding. The vegetable Maggi was full of vegetables, and the red sauce pasta also tasted very good, and all of this cost only 50 rupees.

Shiv Mishthan Bhandar: -


After having Maggie, pasta, and juice from Shobha Juice Bar, to satisfy our hunger and enjoy some more delicious food, we went to Shiv Mishthan Bhandar because we had heard great things about their kachoris. At Shiv Mishthan Bhandar, we ordered their famous kachoris, and the kachoris served with sweet red sauce were very tasty and delicious; the kachoris were full of spices. After that, we ate golgappas. The golgappas tasted okay, but nothing special. The golgappas spoiled the taste in our mouths, so to cleanse our palates, we ate sweet and cold spongy rasgullas. The rasgullas tasted quite good. After finishing up there, we did some errands, and by the time we finished, it was quite late, around 7 PM. We were very hungry by then, so to satisfy our hunger and eat something, we went to Ram Chat Bhandar.

Ram Chat Bhandar: -


Ram Chat Bhandaar is a small fast food center in the city center where we ate golgappas, and both the taste and size of their golgappas were excellent. After having the regular golgappas with spiced water, we ordered a plate of dahi golgappas (golgappas with yogurt) and also a plate of dahi tikki (potato patties with yogurt), and both dishes were delicious and outstanding. The golgappas were so big that one couldn't fit in the mouth in a single bite. The presentation of their tikki along with the golgappas was also quite good. They had added a generous amount of yogurt to both dishes, and the beetroot and radish they added on top were incredibly tasty and enhanced the flavor of every bite. Ram Chat Bhandaar is a small fast food center in the city center where we ate golgappas (pani puri), and both the taste and size of their golgappas were excellent. After having the regular golgappas with spiced water, we ordered a plate of dahi golgappas (golgappas with yogurt) and also a plate of dahi tikki (potato patties with yogurt), and both dishes were delicious and outstanding. They had added a generous amount of yogurt to both dishes, and the beetroot and radish toppings were incredibly tasty, enhancing the flavor of every bite. Besides this, it was quite cold there, so we also had some hot soup, which tasted very good. The soup was full of vegetables and had boiled black chickpeas and crunchy bread on top, which tasted amazing. Every sip of the soup was so hot that it instantly warmed us up and chased away the cold.

Gopal Ji Confectioners: -


After having soup there, we reached Sector 35 where we saw a shop called Gopal Ji Confectioners. There was a huge crowd at the shop, which made it seem like the food there was very tasty. So, to taste the food, we also went to that shop, and since we weren't very hungry, we only bought one patty which had a potato and onion filling. The patty was very tasty, and its price was also very reasonable.
