Aggarwal Vaishno Dhaba, Nakodar: -

There's no doubt that there are countless Dhaba's and restaurants with the name Agarwal Vaishno Dhaba in the world, and especially in India, many of which are very famous and serve delicious food. But today, we are specifically going to talk about the Agarwal Vaishno Dhaba which exists in Nakodar, Punjab, whose food is literally and exceptionally not only good, but it is the best. This Dhaba (roadside restaurant) is located in Balhukmi on the malsian road, on the highway connecting Jalandhar to Shahkot. It's right on the highway. Without a doubt, the food at this Dhaba is excellent. Not only the food, but the entire atmosphere there is very pleasant. Located on the highway, this roadside eatery doesn't have its own parking, and the seating area is a bit small, but otherwise, the Dhaba is excellent in every aspect. The environment is great; the staff and the owner are all very well-behaved and treat their customers very nicely. If there's any issue, they resolve it very politely and immediately. And overall, the food is also reasonably priced.

The food at this roadside eatery is so delicious and so famous that not only locals but people from far and wide come here to eat. No matter how far people travel on their trips, whenever they are returning and know that this particular eatery is on their route, they don't stop anywhere else but prefer to stop only at this place to have their meal. People love coming here not only alone but also with their families and friends. The atmosphere is so family-friendly that you can come whenever and however you like. It offers 24-hour service, so you can come any time of day or night, and the food is always served fresh and hot. Not only that, but all the products used at this roadside eatery are of excellent quality and very fresh. For example, while many places use dirty and stale vegetables, this place uses only the freshest and best quality vegetables.

During our conversation with Mr. Kapil Dev Gupta, the owner of this roadside eatery, we learned that he has been running this business for over 20 years. Throughout this time, he has not received a single complaint or negative rating. We can verify this on Google Maps and the Google website. There are no problems or issues with his eatery; the only minor issue is related to space constraints, which is understandable given the limited area he has to work with. Despite this, he has managed his eatery exceptionally well.

If we talk about the interior structure, it's quite common. There's an air-conditioned hall, and outside there's ample seating so that during the hot weather, people can sit outside and enjoy their meal while taking in the cool breeze. Then there's another room with tables and chairs for seating, and further ahead, there's a large, completely open hall where there's also a good flow of air. Overall, the interior structure is similar to other typical roadside restaurants. Regarding hygiene, it was quite clean; the tables and chairs were very clean, and the washrooms were also quite clean. The washrooms looked normal, as expected, but they were clean.

Their menu had a lot of items that they served, and the taste of each dish was very different from the others. They also had winter special dishes like Aloo Gajar Matar ki Sabzi (potato, carrot, and pea curry), Sarson ka Saag (mustard greens), and Makki ki Roti (corn flatbread). Of all the dishes, the one that stood out the most and was the tastiest and most unique was the Sev Bhaji. Compared to other Dhaba's (roadside eateries), the Sev Bhaji at this place was much better and quite different. Their prices were also very reasonable, and the quantity was so generous that 3-4 people could easily share one plate. 

If we talked about the overall experience in the Aggarwal Vaishno Dhaba then we can say only that thing that the experience of the roadside restaurant is very good, the interior is normal, but the food is very delicious, and outstanding and the hygiene is also very good of that restaurant. There is only one problem with this roadside restaurant is that there is a problem with parking only and that problem is very usual with various restaurants, but the main thing of all the restaurants is the food with is very delicious and yummy.
