What is Food?

Our body is like a machine and the food we eat is like an oil for our body machine. As any type of machine need oil for proper functioning and greasing their machine parts similarly, all the living organisms need oil type food for our machine type body for the proper functioning and the greasing of the body parts. Basically, for components we can say that there are two types of components are there that is plants and animals from where we get our food items. India is a country which is very rich. This country is rich in various crops, vegetables, spices, flavours and taste. If we talked about Indian food so we can say that the food that we can prepare, served and eat in India is called Indian Food or Indian Cuisine. As India is a combination of many different states and the particular states is a combination of many different city and villages and in that different places different types of people has lived which can follow the different culture, different religion and different traditions and this different tradition can have their own different food item according to the tradition and culture. So, in this way the number of food items of India is numerous in numbers.
Moreover, the food item is not only based on the culture or tradition, but these food items can also based on the different kinds of festivals that have been celebrated in India. As the area of whole India can be followed by the four different directions and that four different directions can occupy the four different parts of Indian place which means they can divide the whole area of India into four different parts North part, South part, East part or West part and all these parts and area is completely different from each other which means their lifestyle, their culture, their tradition, their language and even though their culinary taste and spice love is also very different from each other But only one thing which is common in all these parts is that their love for street food is same for all the parts, and religions.

Street food is a type of Ready-to-Eat food but the difference between Ready-to-Eat food and Street Food is that the street food is available in their ready and hot condition whereas in Ready-to-Eat food we have to do little processing with that food. Basically, Street food is referred to as the food which we get from street like as it clears by their name that street food can be sold by vendors on the street.
Street food includes many food items like snacks, Chinese cuisine, south Indian and beverages that are prepared and sold by vendors in public spaces such as street, market or fairs. These foods are typically served from portable setups like carts, stall and food truck that offer a convenient and accessible dining option for the people.
What is Indian Street Food?
The food that can be sell and purchase on the street on India is generally refers to as the Indian street food. The street food that can be sold on the street is typically contains all the items that can be considered in the Indian cuisine. Indian street food is a type of food that can refer to a wide variety of delicious, affordable and easily available food that can be sold by vendors on the street, markets, roadside carts, food stalls and small shops across India. This Indian food can mostly contains all that items or the dishes that can be listed in the Indian cuisine but it is not essential and mandatory that they can contain only those dishes but various international cuisines can be sell and purchase on the Indian street but all that internationals dishes can be sell with the Indian touch in their dishes with means by balancing the spices according to the taste of the Indian people.
As an instance pasta is an Italian dish with very mild flavours but in India this dish can be sold on streets with Indian fusion of High oil and very high spices because the people of India love to eat the spicy food and they also love to eat all kind of food but with their Indian fusion. As many different dishes, many different cultural and traditional food is an essential part of food similarly, street food is also an essential part of Indian culinary culture that can reflects the diversity, creativity and the flavors of different regions of the country. Indian street food is very well known for being its flavorful, spicy, tangy, crispy, aromatic, fresh and full of different flavorful textures which makes the Indian street food extremely popular among the people of all the ages.
