The culinary flavor of Rajasthan is very famous and very unique because they are very well known for serving tasty and healthiest dishes simultaneously. They developed the cuisines that is rich, robust and often made with long-lasting ingredients like grains, pulses, ghee, spices, and with the use of various types of dairy products. The dishes that are developed in the Rajasthan is very rich in ghee that can enhance the flavor of the particular dish. Most of the dishes of the Rajasthan are hearty and often made to withstand long travel or according to the desert conditions. As Gujarat is very near to Rajasthan, so they are like neighboring states to each other and their culture, their Dressup look is very similar, but their culinary taste is very different from each other. At a place where Rajasthani food is very tangy and spicy similar on the other hand Gujarati food is very sweet in their taste. As they use the same types of ingredients and the spices but the flavor and the spiciness in the dishes of both the state is very different. The Gujarati food features a predominantly vegetarian cuisines with a perfect mix of sweetness, tanginess and mild spices. The Gujarati thali is one of India's most balanced meals and the ingredients like jaggery, besan and buttermilk, lentils and peanuts are used extensively in the Gujarati food. The Gujarati food is incomplete without jaggery. The touch and the flavor of the jaggery is very common and the most important ingredients of the Gujarati foods. 


Maharashtra: - Maharashtra is the most important state that over a large part of the western part of India. As Maharashtra is very vast in size, so it has multiple sub-cuisines inside it like Konkan, Vidarbha, Marathwada, and Pune/Desh region. These are the small types of districts that comes under the Maharashtra state. All these districts prepared unique food items with the basic ingredients that are very basic and commonly used in Maharashtra. The common ingredients like coconut, rice, seafood and kokum are the very basic ingredients used by the Maharashtra. And the inland region of the Maharashtra is mostly relied on millets, groundnuts, lentils and fiery spices like la Angi mirchi which is the spiciest spice. The people of Maharashtra like this spice most which clearly state that the Maharashtrians like the spicy food.
