Milk is the basic part of life so milk can be used in each and every dish or every meal. Milk is very high in calcium, proteins, vitamins and minerals which help our bones and body health.   • Direct Consumption: Milk can be directly consumed because milk is very high in calcium, proteins, vitamins and minerals so it can be consumed directly as a beverage. Milk is very useful to provide protein, calcium, vitamins (especially B12 and D), and all the essential fatty acids.
