Plant-based Milk: -

Plant-based milk refers to non-dairy beverages that can be made by extracting from plant material like nuts, seeds, grains and legumes. The milk can be made by extracting from plants and then blending it with water. These milk has all that nutrients that are present in that particular nuts. 


These types of Plant-Based milk is very popular for those who are lactose intolerant, vegan or for those people who are seeking for alternative to dairy milk.

Types of Plant-Based Milk: -



1. Soy Milk: -

Soy milk is derived from soy nuts. Soy nuts is very high in proteins, so soy milk is also very high in proteins because soy milk has all the nutrients that are present in soy. Soy milk is made from soaked and ground soybeans.
