Juices: - 

Juices are beverages, which are very nutritious drinks, made with different type of vegetable, fruits and other. This all type of juices contains vitamin (like vitamin A, B, C, D, E and K) and minerals.  All fruit has its own specialties. Therefore, we try to eat or drink all fruit/ vegetable juices.  We always prefer homemade juices, because market made juices are made with chemical and other poison-like substances. Juices are also help us to hydrate all day. If you don't like to eat fruits, then you are yourself responsible for your unhealthy diet. Fruits has natural sugar which making our sugar level sustainable, Too much sugar is harmful for our health. Eating 100 % of food is very good habit because, it has many parts of fiber which helps in digestion. While eating some fruits, first check the label of it, because it is vital for our safety. Fruits and vegetables are also energy boosters. They are easier to digest. Factories made juices very badly. Therefore, we first prefer the home-made juices most. They use different type of chemical like sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, Sulphur dioxide. This all are very harmful our health, it impacts our health very bad. Therefore, all good-looking things are not good more.

It usually strips away most of the solid matter, including the seeds and pulp, from whole fruit. Juices are protected against disease. It is the easiest way to become hydrated and more energetic. Juices are very good for our skin, health and more .it is good to take every fruit, vegetables and more food which are good for our gut health. Fruits have fiber in it which keeps our gut health stronger. We always take 100% of fruits. In the ancient time people only eat fruits and vegetables, therefore they are healthier and stronger than the now time generation. Fruit juice contains high amount of sugar, which are good for our health. Fresh juices contain vitamin and minerals which enhance our immunity. Blending fruits and vegetables can retain fiber for our digestion, which keeps us healthy.  Vegetables juices like carrots, beetroot, cabbage, Spanish, broccoli parsley, cucumber, Swiss chard and Wheatgrass etc. Fruits juices like orange, apple, banana, grapes, pineapple, mango, lemon and tomato etc.


HOW NATURAL JUICES ARE MADE: - 

Natural juices are made with the pulp of natural fresh fruit and vegetables like orange, mango, lemon, Spanish, bitter-gourd, celery etc . This all are blended with the water or other natural ingredients, yielding natural flavor not any added sugar. This providing hydration, vitamin and more. Sometimes added nutrition and more natural flavor.  Pure juices come from the natural fruit, with no added sugar and sweeteners and color allowed in pure juice products. This fruit juice is a package of vitamin, minerals, potassium and more antioxidants etc . You can make them at home with fresh fruits, by blending and straining. These ingredients are organic and fresh.


HOW PACKAGED JUICE IS MADE: -

Packaged fruit is made by harvesting and washing fruit, extracting the juice clarifying it and then using high heat pasteurization (like UHT) or HTST to kill microbes for shelf stability, followed by sterile filling into pre-sterilized, often multi layered cartons or bottles, sealed and cooled to create a long-lasting safe drink. Multi layered is good because it is preventing it from light, oxygen, common for shelf long life.  And stable fresh juices. Often hot filled where hot juice sterilizes the bottle and cap as it's filled and sealed.

  • Aluminum cans: - Aluminum cans are made with recycled and primary Aluminum, rolled into thin sheets then stamped and ironed into seamless, two pieces cups with the bottom domed for strength. Restrictions about Packaged fruit juice: -

  • Focus on label: - Focus on honest labeling banning misleading "100% juice "claim for reconstituted products, requiring " reconstituted " and " sweeted " labels. 
  • Ingredients quality: - Before drinking a juice check their freshness and quality, must use clean fruits, mature and free from blemishes. Check their water quality.  Also check their TSS.
  • Packaging: - Check their sealing before drinking. Bottle must be hermetically sealed. Use sanitary cans or suitable bottles / jars etc.
  • Hygiene and processing: - Must check the cleaning of bottle, and workers must be clean. Unpasteurized juices paste bacteria risk and need refrigeration.

  • Evidence of juice making dates back to 8000 BCE with grape pita, though it might have been for wine.
  • By the 1800s citrus juice was mandated on British ships to prevent scurvy, thanks to discover by Dr. James Lind.
  • In 1869 Thomas B Welch developed a way to pasteurize grape juice, selling it as products.
