Frozen: -
The word "frozen" is derived from the word "freeze" which literally means that something that keep at very low temperature. Frozen is basically a state in which a substance is to be kept at very low temperature usually below 0°C. Frozen is a phase in which the physical state of anything gets change basically frozen phase for food is to be kept preserve in the frozen phase that can freeze the bacterial growth on the food. Frozen is the basic and most important part of the food preservation because freezing is the most basic step in the food preservation. Frozen means to keep anything in the refrigerator so that it can freeze the whole food packets and the whole food items. It is basically the state in which any of the substance is to be kept in the refrigerator below the 0°C and below the 32°F so that the substance remains solid and can be preserved from any type of the contamination. In the refrigerator when something is frozen, then the temperature of that particular thing is reduced so much that the water inside that particular thing is turn into ice that is very useful and helpful to stop the spoilage and can slow down the chemical and biological changes. In our daily life, the frozen is mostly relate to the food items that are stored in a freezer to prevent the food from spoilage by increasing the self-life of the particular food product by maintaining its freshness, taste and the nutrition. The freezing can work by lowering the temperature of the particular food item below the freezing point and this reduces temperature can turn the water inside the food item into the ice crystals that can prevent the biological growth of the bacteria and microorganisms in the food that can prevent the food item from spoilage by slowing down the growth of the enzymes.
Frozen can freeze the food items that make the food item fit for eatable by cook the food item at any time. For freezing we can say that any particular food item that can be freeze in the refrigerator below the temperature of the freezing point can turn the water into ice crystals that are present inside the food. These ice crystals can stop or slow down the microbial growth inside the food and prevent the food by increasing its shelf life and make the food completely fit to be cooked at any time. In food, freezing is completely safe and effective method that is used to extend the shelf life of the food, reduce the wastage of the food and can maintain the quality of that particular food item. If the frozen used are used properly then these frozen food items are very healthy, convenient and very reliable for everyday life.
Snacks: -
The word "snacks" refers to the small portion of the food that is eaten between the main meals like between the breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snacks are usually eaten at the time when we feel little it hungry but don't want to eat the proper meal and heavy meal. These snacks items mostly eaten at the afternoon time with the tea because in India most of the people like to have tea in the afternoon time and with the tea they all want to eat some of the snacks item which is light and that much heavy and snacks are the items that are easy and quick to prepare, and are very light. Snacks are the food items that are eaten to satisfy the hunger temporarily and it not only satisfy the temporary hunger, but it can also provide some amount of energy to us, and these snacks items are very good source of enjoyment between the meals. These snacks items can play a very important role in our daily life as it is very beneficial to reduce the hunger between the heavy meals and very beneficial for providing the quick energy and these snacks can also be able to maintain the blood sugar level. These snacks are very helpful in increasing the concentration and productivity because when any person feel hungry, he/she is not able to do any work that breaks the concentration of the consumer but if these snacks are available then the consumer can eat these snacks and can get back to their work quickly and can continue their work. These types of snacks are also very helpful in the prevention of the overeating between the main or the heavy meals like breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Snacks can be available to us in a wide variety which includes many different flavours and taste of the snack's items. These snacks items can be prepared at home easily or they can also be available in the market as a type of street food. Snacks are the very important part of our daily life if the variety of the snacks is chosen wisely or only healthy snacks should be eaten on the daily basis. Healthy snacks are not good in taste only, but these types of snacks are also very helpful in supporting the bone health and it also provide adequate amount of energy to the body organs and can maintain our health and well-being. But if we choose the junk snacks then the consumption of these types of snacks wisely can ok or good for health and for the taste buds also but the consumption of these types of snacks on daily basis is very harmful for our health. A balanced and healthy snacks should include fiber, proteins and natural ingredients which is very good for our body and bone health.
Frozen Snacks: -
Frozen snacks are the snacks which is very similar to the natural snacks they have difference only in some forms like we have to prepare the normal snacks at home from the freshly ingredients and it takes some amount of time to be fully prepared but the frozen snacks are pre-cooked and pre-processed and after the processing of the snacks these can be stored in the refrigerator under the freezing point that can reduce the temperature of that snacks and when we want to etc that snacks we just have to get the snacks and can put that snacks in the hot oil so that the snacks can be fully prepared and served hot to everyone for eating. Frozen snacks are the basically the type of ready-to-cook or semi-cooked snacks foods that can be preserved at very low temperature to maintain the freshness, taste, texture and nutritional value of those particular snacks item or food item for long time.
In today's time, almost every dish or every food item is available in the frozen foods maybe it is homemade, or restaurant style, Indian or International all the food items are available in the frozen form that can make the people work easy. Not only this all the varieties are available in both the forms that is in vegetarian and non-vegetarian. After the partial cooking of all the food items, the items are rapidly cooled by using the freezing technology where the temperature of the freezers is below –18°C which can instantly freeze the item in few seconds, and it can also stop any microbial growth on the food items.
