The removing of moisture content cannot be done in some minutes or hours it can also be not done in some days or weeks. The process of removing the moisture content from the cheese can take many months or years, so. this cheese takes many months or years to be ready. Because this cheese can take too much time that is the also reason of their low moisture content. the total moisture content in hard cheese is less than 40% that's why this type of cheese can last longer for very long time.
