Desserts: -
Desserts are the types of sweet dishes that can be eaten by the people after their meal. These are basically the food items or the food dishes that can be sweet in its taste. In many countries, the meals are to be considered as incomplete if there is no dessert or sweet dishes cannot be served at last or at end or after the main meal. Many people don't like to leave the table without getting the dessert after their meal. The dessert come from the Frech word "desservir" which typically means that to clear the table. From this word and their meaning in French we mean that the desservir or the dessert is the dish that is the sign to clear the table for the servants or the waiter.
Whenever the food consumer will order or demand for the desserts or the sweet dishes it is a clear sign for the food server that the consumer want to end their meal and want to clear the table after having their sweet dish. In normal, desserts are used to be considered as the sweet food that is specially eaten after the meal to end the meal on a happy and the tasty note. Many people like to sweet at the end of the meal that if there is not any type of dessert is present in the home then they can eat normal sugar crystal to end their meal but for eating any sweet item is their hobby that they can't deny on any cost.

KULFI: - Kulfi is the traditional frozen desserts that is the very first type of frozen dessert which is like by millions of people. This type of frozen dessert can be made from the milk and many types, and the flavors of custard can also be added in this kulfi. At the time of freezing a wooden stick is to be added in the kulfi. after the kulfi get freeze completely the kulfi get out of the kulfi mold with the help of the stick. In this kulfi many types of dry fruits or fruits can also be added in this kulfi.
